Customer had a leak into the bedroom - Complete roof up rebuild with new flashing
Furnace was removed so chimney only vented the small 3 in water heater. 9x13 tile liner was too large to vent properly. Installed a properly sized liner to vent the water heater and reinstalled customers cap.
Deteriorated crown and squirrel eaten flashing replaced with squirrel proof brown coil stock flashing and a new cement crown
Customer selling home , needed deteriorated mortar and flashing fixed prior to putting on market. We did a roof up rebuild of chimney.
